If you are not completely satisfied with your store or online purchase, simply return the products to any Tile Shoppe store within 14 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt, and we will refund your purchase, subject to the Return policy exceptions below.
For all returns:
- Products must be undamaged and in this original packaging. The product must not have been used, installed in any way.
- You must return within a maximum of 14 days of the original pickup date of your order
- Refund does not apply to Clearance products; products with item codes ending on -FS and special-order products.
- Special order can be cancelled within 6 hours from time placing an order with full refund.
- Special order cancelled after 6 hours from time placing an order, 30% restocking fee will apply. The amount will be deducted form refund.
