For all returns:

• Products must be undamaged and in this original packaging. The product must not have been used, installed in any way.
• You must return within a maximum of 14 days of the original pickup date of your order
• Refund does not apply to Clearance products; products with item codes ending on -FS and special-order products.
• Special order can be cancelled within 6 hours from time placing an order with full refund.
• Special order cancelled after 6 hours from time placing an order, 30% restocking fee will apply. The amount will be deducted form refund.
